Delphine Montial holds a Master's degree in law from the University of Lausanne and a specialisation certificate in legal practice from ECAV (Geneva). During her studies, she worked as a clerk in various courts. She completed her legal traineeship with the firm and joined as an associate in 2024, the year in which she was admitted to the Bar. She is also a member of the Geneva Bar Association and of the Swiss Bar Association.
